Convinced that the general public “must be able to become an actor of a change in consumption and society”, the organizers will first unveil on October 3 their ‘manifesto of other modes’, articulated around five pillars: transparency, respect for the planet, inclusion, the cultural dimension and responsible consumption. A text for which the association hopes to collect 100,000 signatures within a year.
During the week, four thematic routes (youth, companies, festivals and businesses) were traced in the capital “to illustrate the main pillars of its manifesto to all audiences. Among the places participating in the event are the stores of the brands Misericordia, 1083 and 17h10, the associative space La Textilerie, the Atelier partagé de la Goutte d’Or (sewing), or the Ecole Duperré, which trains in fashion.
An interactive website has been designed for the occasion, allowing you to choose your itinerary, book your tickets or discover the programmed highlights.
On October 7 and 8, the collective will take up residence in the TLM (place of life and creative experimentation), the Pavillon des Canaux and the Halle des Blancs Manteaux for a festival promoting initiatives around circular fashion. On the program? Awareness-raising workshops, screenings, podcasts, dance performances, exhibitions, bartering and dress sale…
